SquadRetro is published by an individual, as a personal project, on a non-professional basis.

Hosting

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States — vercel.com).

The database, authentication and storage are hosted by Supabase Pte. Ltd. (65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513 — supabase.com).

The servers that run the application and store the database are located in Ireland, in the European Union. The other technical providers the service relies on (sending emails, audience and usage measurement) are listed in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, the texts, the interface and the code of SquadRetro are the property of its publisher, unless stated otherwise. The content you create in your retrospectives (sticky notes, votes, action items, decisions, comments) remains your property.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
